Welcome to the low tech water blog. I am Humphrey Blackburn. I have been working with low tech water treatment technologies during a very exciting and evolving period in how we view technology. I would like this to be a forum for introducing new aspects of low tech- for instance new research showing the deep economy cost benefits such as reduced carbon footprint of these technologies compared with 20th century high tech, power and chemical intensive approaches.
